Need a Good list of 10 Codes for Wichita

There seems to be some changes here latley in reguards to 10 codes. New signals are being used,,,Signal 48, 1600, 2100... Now listening to them I can sometimes figure out what there talking about. But why the change?

And dont tell me because the BTK is back!!! That old fart had a long time to listen in! 8)
