Need a good waterproof handheld marine radio that charges with AC

I found some on Amazon, but they only had DC chargers. I found a Cobra with an AC charger, but it is limited to 2 Watts output.

Need a recommendation for a good waterproof handheld marine radio that charges with AC, and can transmit up to 5 watts. NOAA channels would be a plus, but I just need the standard U.S. channels.

If it's a DC charger, it probably has a pretty basic DC barrel connector...you could just find the an AC wallwart with equivalent DC output and use that... The only thing that would be stopping you would a proprietary connector (which wouldn't be an issue if you cut the one off the DC charger you aren't going to use and wire it up.)

Don't let the charger be the reason you don't buy a suitable radio
