Hi--I am getting a brand new Uniden Bearcat BC-15X today via UPS. Is there anyone in Lower New York from Westchester County? I want to put in all the new trunking frequencies for 60 Control that are mainly used for working structure fires. I have the list with talk-groups, id's,etc. I know I can do basic programing in conventional mode with CTCSS/DCS but someone must be out there to help me. It should arrive in about an hour or so.
