Need Best set of TRS Freqs for Seattle

What would be the best set of Seattle TRS freqs to use for my area? The ones i have in now are extremely spotty.. I get very very scratchy reception.. Thanks

I was wondering if i program the King Co simulcast freqs. and use all the Seattle TG's would I still recieve all the comms? Since I am barely pulling the CC for the Seattle site here in Newcastle...I would like to have good clear city of seattle comms. I can get the Seattle simulcast CC's now but its scratchy at best and the Tg's do show up but not as they should. I believe its just due to my location here on the eastside..
