I'm looking for the control frequencies for Charlotte/Mecklenburg CMPD so I can program my RS PRO-95 scanner.

Once programmed, will the scanner always stop on the control channel? Will I need to add more than the control frequencies to listen in, or just the talk group IDs? Sorry, I'm a newbie.
