Team,
I need help with needing a 10 meter antenna that does not rely on the atmosphere. My understanding is a yagi does not need the the bounce to communicate? I am needing 10 meter to go 300-500 miles only. Coastal wave on Utube also uses a telescopic to transmit as well on 10 meter. What is my distance compared to these 2 antennas? How do they work compared to the horizontals? My distance is small to communicate, and need something small and easy to deploy. Anyone have novice instructions on making a Yagi? Or another idea on a simple antenna that is easy to use. TIA
