I have been running DSD+ Fastlane for quite some time now.
I had always upgraded incrementally from V1.01 as required and last version was V2.242 and everything worked well. Then came the dreaded computer crash and I lost it all. I sent a request to DSD+ Fastlane and they very graciously send me V1.01 and V2.242 but nothing in between.
So now I install V1.01 and run it with SDR# v1.0.0.1732 Airspy and Perfect!
Now I add DSD+ V2.242 on top of V1.01 and no joy!
When I start DSD+ V2.242 (even with or without running SDR# I continually get the same error.....

Initiating TCP connection to 127.0.0.1:20001...
TCP connect error = 10061
[No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it]

I have read every article I could find and still have same error. I've run out of ideas.
I am NOT a computer GURU. Just an old ham that has been licensed for 50 years and refuse to give up.

Help? Please!

Contact the DSDPlus people and tell them you also need DSDPlus 2.235, it contains FMP24.exe version 2.63 and other files.

I would also recommend getting a USB drive or at minimum a USB flash drive to save your files on for safe keeping. Get one of each, two copies are better than one. Some discipline to perform the back ups is required to ensure no or minimal data loss.

Thank you for your reply. I will try that. And (grinning) no need to tell me to backup. My Bad! Red Faced!
