Need Freq's for Snake River Prison

Hey All I'm looking for the Freq's that the Snake River Correctional Institution uses. I can't seem to find them looking around here. Any help would and will be greatly appriciated.

Icom, Isn't that just for Salem? Snake River is in Ontario on the other side of the state.

It lists both locations Umatilla and Snake River, so I would give it a shot. My guess is it was easier to set up the same set of freqs at the time of licensing. Wa Dept of Corrections does something similar.

I should add that it looks like a mix of digital and analog so a pro-97 won't always decode it.
