BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Need Help figure out QK

Even the dummy downed version of the book does not help. Received as an early X-mas gift. Awesome right out the box and I am able to get the Pro-Voice. I need to make seperate groups, i.e. HCSO D-4 and D-2. HCFR East and west. I need about 15 of them. Can I use Sentinal to do this?

Is there anyone in the Tampa Bay area, Florida that I could meet up and get a hands on tutioral?

Yup, Sentinel can do that. Spend an hour here, you might not need a hands on tutorial:
