Need help findinq a frenquency in San Bernardino County

i need help findinq the frenquency for Rancho Cucamonqa. i have a hand held scanner. i put in M513FM 453.55000 and rancho cucamonqa PD show up on my screen. it says pri dly lo + .but all i hear is static.
Is my frenquency wronq?
Do i need my global attenuator on?
Or do i does my attenuator need to be ON or OFF?
Does my Delay need to be ON or OFF?

I think i need some help.
If anyone can help me that would be so qreat!

Rancho cucamonga is set up as a Trunking. Look in San bernardino county under system 6/7 they use 800 mhz

Rancho Cucamonga PD is a contract set up with the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department. Look on the database here for information.

Well my scanner is set for San Bernardion County and it says that it has a tripple trunkinq system. how do i know if my trunkinq system is On or Off??
i dont know what system 6/7 & 800 mhz means?
im kinda new with all of this
