need help freq

i live in harlan ky and use a beam and i recieve 453.9750. the traffic i hear is police. they were talking about vehicle heading toward Wayne , later on one said he was clear of Four Winds. anybody familiar with the area or the frequency and can help me out. thanks andrew stoots

i do believe ur listening to pulaski co so
their uhf radio freq.
114.8 is pl tone

i believe though that their two repeaters in east west co so maybe 2 pl tones
