Need Help Halton Region Trunked

I am having Problems

I can not seem to set up the Halton Trunked system

I use ARC Xt for a Uniden BCD996XT

Is it EDCAS Scat or EDACS Narrow Wide and do i have to have Digital AGC or Analog AGC

Please help
