Need help IDing a Fed TRS in Waco

Somebody is on the ball today, already entered in the DB.

Maybe somebody local has a taped(sp?) scanner?

I found this in the area of Exchange Pkwy. It could be the VA up there, but no clue.

407.5 showed up as CTL-03

407.5 showed up as CTL-03

I work in the area of Exchange Pkwy im monitoring this frequency right now. What i hear sounds to me like a primary control channel. I have not heard anything else, i am also getting the same CTL-03. The only thing in the area that is government is AAFES. ARMED FORCES EXCHANGE SEVICES.

I thought maybe the VA.
I know the VA in Temple has an EDACS System.

I can confirm AAfes is using VHF.
Have not found the frequencies yet though.

Would not be surprised to see either Waco VA on it or even TSTC Airport. or this be the construction of a Central Texas Law Enforcement system serving the Waco area considering how bad the drug activity is down there.

Update;
The CC was on 406.775 this afternoon.

Showed up as CTL-01.
I need to start checking this everyday.
