NEED HELP in finding freescan download for XP

Can anyone direct me to a location. I need to download Free scan for windows XP. I had a company called Advance Tech Support tweak my computer and they wiped everything thing off. It has been a nightmare trying to get it back to normal. I am using it for 996t and 996xt
