Need help on Quantum QM 2100

Just recently got a Quantum QM 2100 and from everything I have read you are supposed to be able to use the CS 700 code plug on it but I can not find any links to complete doing this , if anyone has done this with out any errors please give me help

It should be the same as the CS800 mobile radio.
