Need help programming a PRO96 for Champaign County

I need help programming a PRO96 for Champaign Country Metcad. I have the frequenceies in the scanner because i used the program wIN96. I can't figure out why I cant get the talking to come in clearer i live in tolono. Please helP!!!

Ask this question in the state forum where Champaign County exists (if that's Illinois, as I suspect, ask in the Illinois forum), and you're much more likely to get an answer.

If you go to the database here on RR, you will see that there are threads about the system. It is under the miscellaneous section on the system you want to hear. Two minutes of reading and it wll be obvious that you need to post your questions in the Illinois forum.
