Need help programming frequency/LTR and talkgroup

Hi

I live in ulster county ny in the town of Shawangunk and am trying to program my local pd into my new uniden bct15.

The frequency is 453.7375 and runs off a LTR system. The talk group is 0-01-111

I have no idea what the LCN is or even if there is one.

Any help would be appreciated.
