Need help programming pro 96 Anoka area

Hi : I have a Pro 96 that I have been trying to program for months. I load all the data in to it and get no responses. Is there anyone in the Twin Cities that could program this for me? I have the Radio Shack cable and software to do this. I am willing to pay for the service. I just want to be able to listen to my scanner.
