Need help setting up Scan America feed

I was approved as a feed provider, and I downloaded and installed the software. However. when I run the program, both boxes in the Live Recording section are blank. I know that the scanner is hooked up correctly to the computer because I've been broadcasting using other methods for the past 2 years.

Can someone help me?

Oddcast says connected, but nothing comes up on the audio level when someone is speaking on the scanner. My feed went live once on Kanawha County, West Virginia (WV) Live Police, Fire, and EMS Scanners on RadioReference.com, but it actually wasn't broadcasting anything according to the player on the page.

Sorry... disregard. I don't know exactly what the problem was, but it had to do with the audio input. Thanks anyhow.
