need help trying to program trunk feq. in my pro-95.

any help would be appreciated, also what does hex,and dec mean in the pd talk groups :oops:

I'm not familiar with the Pro-95, but I bet you only need to use the dec (short for decimal) column of that table. The hex values are for other programs and the programming of radios to the system.

Hope that helps explain it...

To program the Pro 95 the easiest way to program it is by using the Win95 program which can be downloaded for free off the internet. That is what I use and I could not do it manually on the scanner itself.

Manually, enter the frequencies, then choose the MO, for Motorola Mode.
Then press trunk, choose Motorola Mode, and enter the talkgroups.
In both the frequency and talkgroup areas, you can program the text names for the frequencies/talkgroups.
EX:
Frequencies:
866.0125 ICALL (FM Mode)
868.9250 System Control (Motorola Mode)

Talkgroups:

9008 Sheriff Dispatch
10096 PD Dispatch

etc.
