need help understanding arc500 software

Anyone in the castle rock area that can help me with how to program my scanner with the arc500 software? Radio shack uploaded the douglas county digital for me. I know I can pick up el paso county because I have manualy tryed it. I don't know how or I should say I don't understand how to upload the county. I am useing the RR data base and I can see the frequncies in the scan list but if you pull up the trunk list nothing is showing in the list for Elpaso County.
