Need Help with a BC346XT

I cannot seem to pick up most of the OKWIN freq.

I suspect after the rebanding that is why.

wondering if someone in OKC could let me borrow their USB-1 cable so I can add the tables to the scanner

don't have the 30.00 bucks now to get the cable
