I was listening on 8.992 which is used by the USAF (HF-GCS). I heard what I believe to be an aircraft calling "logistics" possibly "dejected" (which is an afb if i'm not mistaken). The aircraft's callsign was SELLOUT. Any idea what kind of aircraft i was hearing?

That was SPELL OUT, probably an E-6. The callsign tonight is SMUGGLER and I have heard EAM broadcasts on 4724 and 8992 at 0050z and 0120z.

I heard SMUGGLER several times on UHF tonight (311.0000 AM) but before that they were using what sounded like "ROLL HOME"

Do they simulcast the HF and UHF EAM broadcasts?

Yes they broadcast EAMs on 311 and 323.8. I have only heard a UHF EAM a couple of times, probably because an E-6 doesn't visit Seattle very often. They usually change callsigns at 0000z, so ROLL HOME and SMUGGLER are probably the same airplane.

They changed call signs around 1700 local (Pacific Time), I'm not sure what that is UTC/Zulu. So the UHF broadcasts come from airborne platforms? I'm sure it's probably related to the presidential visit in Northern CA last weekend.
