I'm wondering if any of You out their that listen to BNSF Railway may know the "DS"
Dispatcher Numbers for the old BN Desks, they are assigned them but for some reason[
just probably being stubborn] the BNSF ex-BN Dispatchers don't use the numbers, the
numbers I'm speaking of of course are the dispatcher number system that BNSF got from
the Ex-ATSF dispatcher system of numbering the dispatcher desks like F.E. The dispatcher
that control the Ex-ATSF from Chicago - Kernan IL[In SW Grundy County] is known as
"DS-01" and the dispatcher that controls from Kernan to Argyle Iowa[west of Ft. Madison]
is "DS-25", both in Ft. Worth. Again I understand this info may not be easily to find since
the BNSF ex-BN Dispatcher don't use the i.d.'s on the radio. I only need the number for
the old BN desks that work the lines in Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri, I have most of the ones
for the rest of the ex-BN system. Any help is appreciated
