Need help with Clinton County

If anyone can help me get the Clinton county pblic safety (police/fire) frequencies I would be grateful.
I have found the freq's on RadioReferences web site,however I don't know what order to put them in my scanner. I can get fire dispatch because they rebroadcast on a non-trunking system but I can't get police or fire tac channels. They use EDACS so I need the order of the freq's. Please help!!!

You'll never get police on the EDACS system as they are digital.

For the order the frequencies go in, go back to the database here and you'll see the LCN number (two digits) next to each frequency. That is how you enter them into your scanner.
