I have some audio now, however it is only snippets and does not seem to follow the conversation back and forth.

I see voice grants and tuning taking place but only occasional voice. Are you sure you have correctly configured the LCN to frequency mapping? My guess would be that th mapping is set up incorrectly causing op25 to tune the wrong channels and the only time you hear voice is accidentally when it tuns a channel with voice from another call in progress.

I think my .json matches the RRDB. I will check with the guys in the Indiana forum to see if someone can confirm the mappings.

The RRDB for this system is inaccurate. Thanks to @west-pac for his LCN corrections. It works now. Thanks to everyone for your help.
