Need help with finding frequencies

I just recently purchased the Uniden BC72XLT Scanner and have no clue on where to find local frequencies....any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Too bad you didn't ask before you bought the BC72. All the Public Safety systems in King county are trunked and the BC72 can not follow trunked systems. All you can do is listen to individual freqs., but that will only let you hear bits and pieces of conversations.
