Need help with my moble scanner

I need some help with my moble scanner, its not programming or scanning. It's a radio shack PRO-66 50 channel 800 MHL moble scanner...anyone can help i would appreciate it..thanks

I see you live in Warren as well .The pro 66 is not gonna get you much in our area City of Warren is on their own Digital Trunked System and the State Police and all Macomb Co Police are on MPSCS .Afew Fire Departments are still patching.. Most of the metro area is on MPSCS or their own systems So you are out of luck with that Scanner around Warren you will need to get a Scanner that can pick up Digital Signals like the PRO 106 .PRO 96 or a Uniden .

yes, most public safety is digital. Still alot of stuff on analog, marine, ham, rail, commercial, etc.. Was there something specifically were you wanting to listen to?
