need help with my pro 95

im looking for some help with this scanner i bought this past week its a pro 95 i have downloaded the softwear for it and can kinda program it but would like to learn more ie. is there anything i should know that radio crap did not tell me ..the guy there knew a lot about this scanner after i had to tell him what i wanted in detail and after he looked at me like "they make stuff that can do that " !!!! any ways im lost when it comes to the trunking stuff ...do i put a freq in bank 00? and as for pressing the trunk button do i have to do that everytime it stopes on a trunked freq? and what is it doing when i do press it ....please help i want to know what im doing when it comes to my scanner any and all web sites i can read are welcome any ways thanks in advance

wow first off im sure it was not you MR Erik that i had talked to and if i had im sure you could have helped me as for what else i said im sure your store is run rather well when it comes to the scanners you sell!!!
