What is the difference in these frequencies. I hear the same thing being transmitted on CW1 and SI CW1

What does SI stand for?

there both are the same freq. just different repeater locations...used mainly for warrant checks except cw1 is used for certain events such as parades....

They are also used when a 1013, or certain aided cases are transmitted over the division radio. Also used for mobilizations.
