If you attach your FreeSCAN programming file for the Ohio MARCS system, I will check it for problems with OSP. You will need to right click on the file and Send to Compressed (zipped) folder to be able to attach it. Click on Attach files and Open the zipped folder.

The sites you have are for Huron and Erie Counties, which most likely are out of range. Use the Toledo site in Lucas County.

Since you got the BCD325p2, did you keep the instruction manual? Also, Bookmark this website: BCD325p2 Manual: It is the same as the hardcopy that comes with the scanner purchase. But the online version may be easier to read(as the website claims). I have the same scanner and like to use both versions of the 325p2 Manual.

I prefer the downloaded manuals because, in Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can use the "Find" function to locate what you need. Not everything is listed in the initial 'Contents' listing, nor in the main Index. Use the Find function for a keyword search is a much better way to directly locate what you are looking for.
They are easier for my hands. Compared to turning the pages on the (somewhat)tiny hardcopy manuals. The downside is, the online version is prisoner to a battery(laptop) or AC/DC(desktop/tower), working.

i just use control [F]
I do as well. That's the default Windows shortcut for "Find". Acrobat Reader does have a Find entry under the drop-down Edit menu, but it's shortcut is the <CTRL><F>.

The <CTRL><F> (find) command also works on the Easier to Read Manuals webpage. There again, searching via a keyword is much more usefull than puzzling over how whatever you are looking for might be found in an index or table of contents.
