Need help with programming Franklin Public Safety

Ok, I have racked my brain. researched, searched these forums all to no avail. I am wanting to program Franklin TNs Public Saftey APCO system into my Motorola APX 7000 and I am completely lost. I have never fooled around much with Motorola or APCO 25 systems. If anyone could please help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Since its an 800Mhz p25 system your going to need a system key

Or buy a scanner like the Pro 197 or Pro 106 which will decode P25 signals.
