ARC396 options

I don't have a system in my area like that, but I took a look in the program and Motorola Type 2 UHF is one of the choices. Have you tried that?

This should go to the Maryland forum - note that the writeup for this forum is specific about moving location specific questions to their correct forum. I will send a message to get this done.

However to answer your question - the first 2 systems are UHF, the 3rd should be programmed as P25. You didn't mention if you were using software (i.e. UASD, BcTool, FreeScan, ARC396 - these are, I think by all measures, all the popular software for the 396, even though there are several others) or doing all of this by hand.

The thing about the 2 UHF system is you need to set the band plan for the UHF systems they are listed in the database as Custom Frequency Table you need to enter the Base, Spacing/Step. and Offset.
This link explains what to do. http://myweb.cableone.net/marksscanners/330/330test.html#edit band plan
As mcscanner said it has to be set to Motorola UHF, the systems you posted only seem to use one plan some use up to 3.
