Need Help with San Diego City Download

Anybody have San Diego City downloaded in their scanner? I downloaded the file thru ARC996 yesterday, but it is dead quiet when I try to scan - when I opened the trunk file in the software I see a sub-folder which contains a simulcast file, then under that is the fire, police, lifeguard etc..
When I went back to the scanner it looked like it was only scanning the simulcast and ignoring everything else. Should I be doing something with this folder?

Don't know much about the 996, but with the RS scanners you have to set the SD City system to splinter. Not sure if the Unidens have a splinter setting?

Nope - just set it to splinter and it still sticks on simulcast. Any other ideas?

I could send a BCD996T file for you to try. I am in Riverside County but monitor San Diego each week when I go down there.
