Need help with some morse code!

I am having trouble translating what I think may be morse code. I was playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 when I realized the words were blinking erratically. I have posted the video on youtube and other locations, but no one has translated it and I haven't been able to figure it out myself. I am new to this site, was not sure where to post this type of thing. Can anyone either help me or point me in the right direction? It would be greatly appreciated.
