Need help with submission

I received this submission and need a little help with it. The frequency has no license for Oakridge so I'm hoping someone can verify its use

Submission:

Frequency 156.2400 not found in your data base. Found it on close call. I believe it is our ambulance service for Oakridge, OR

Thanks, Duane, for whatever reason I couldn't get anything on the FCC ULS to show, and when I use the radioreference.com license frequency search nothing comes up either. I'll work this as an input to their repeater.
