I just did a quick scan of the FCC data base for Houston County and didn't see anything listed for a tow truck company. If you have a particular company in mind, you might have to talk to one of their drivers and see what they are using for communications.
Most every tow company in the the Dothan - Enterprise area is on Southern linc or uses Cell Phones..
Calls are dispatched sometimes via text direct to the drivers...

No one in this area uses the old 150 Meg systems here and if you are looking at an AAA contractor then they use the computer dispatch system from the club...
