Need Help!

Can someone please help me find the 10-codes for the Fayette County Area. The codes I'm talking about are like when the policeman is saying 10-8 code 4, and also if there's any modifications out there for the Pro 94 to get the military band or any other modifications........ Any help would be very appreciated... Thanks much!
