Need help

Hi
I uploaded my BCD536HP by putting in zip codes and then turning on other services and some of those are trunking systems. Now when it scans past those it says ID Scanning. How do I go about changing it to ID Search? I need to do it manually from the radio not the computer.

Please screenshot me some help.

When scanning a trunked system favorites list, first push "function", then the "E" key to change between ID search, and ID scan. Check page 22 in your owner's manual.

Non of this in my favorite list yet. I tried what u said and it doesn’t work of hitting those two things.

As mentioned, it only works when scanning a trunked system in a favorites list. Check the referenced page in your owner's manual.

Don't give up. You'll love being able to switch between ID Scanning and ID Searching, as that permits you to find talkgroups not already listed in the system. I believe that you can also use Sentinel to designate ID Searching on a particular system. It only works on systems in your favorites lists, as has been mentioned--- that's an important distinction.
