OK I have zip /unzip version 7

Iam trying to update my 396 and my BC-15 but I keep getting this message

cannot open file it dose not apper to be a valid archive

if you down loaded this file try downloading the file again

I have done that a few times and still get the same message

What can I do I went to the web page for help and got he same answer
