Need Help!!!!

I have a Uniden BC246T AND I cannot afford the software to download the systems to my scanner. I do have a 90 day script to RadioReference. Anyone know of any free programs that will allow me to send the systems to my scanner.

I am using e scanner plus software with a bearcat bc 250 and I am having problems getting it to load into my scanner and getting the frequencies to trunk right. Wondering if you could point me in the right direction.
