need ID of talk group # 17104 17280 17136 They seem to be SCHP related but not sure out of what districts

I am hearing them on the Union SC tower, random times of day and evening, I did here one that mentions Chester and I-77 if that helps

I just heard a transmission 17104 where they were referred to as Delta units

They are units that work 85 and 77 and Chester seems to be the base unit they talk into and out of, also they cover Lancaster county so I guess they are just SCHP units with new group #s I've not seen before
