Need info for roadtrip

I plan on passing through Indiana later this year and would like to program the State Police into my PRO-96. ANything I should know or can I just program in the freqs found in the database on this site with a good amount of success

As far as I know the info here is all pretty much up to date. You'll probably want to plug in the conventional low band stuff along with the 800 freqs. ISP still uses the conventional stuff even in the areas with 800 coverage.

Southwestern and southcentral( all of I-64, I-65 up to around Columbus?) is still on low band. I-70 around the ohio border is still on low band, don't know how far west 'til you hit 800 system.

by low band I'm talking about the 42.** and 155.*** freqs.

The system has been changing/growing a lot lately. Many smaller towns and counties are being added. If you plan on running your scanner in closed mode, I would confirm TG's shortly before departing.

Thanks for the info. I have located towers that are near to my route(I-70) I think I have it covered. If I load in the trunking freqs will the scanner automatically track TG's or do I have to load them myself?
