Need mobile scanner with Low/Hi/UHF only and PL/DPL.

Your not going to find a scanner that stops at UHF and still has PL/DPL. IN fact, the scanner with PL/DPL are not very numerous and are always the expensive models. There is no "basic" scanner with PL/DPL.

Probably about the best deal you'll be able to get would be on a used Pro-2067. DIN-sized, has PL/DPL with nearly instantaneous decode. It also does 800 MHz trunking, but as nmfire said, you're not going to fine a basic VHF/UHF scanner with PL/DPL.

Scanners with DPL-PL

Actually the RELM MS200 if also a non-trunking scanner that does PL/DPL , and they pop up from time to time. Unfortunately no longer made ...

The MS200 NEEDED PL/DPL. That was a scanner with great features that was hampered by a junk RF section. I've never had a scanner with such severe intermod problems.

My first one was so bad that when I sent it back to RELM for repair, they ended up sending me a new one as a replacement.

OTOH, the HS200 was a GREAT scanner and the RE2000A, if you can find one is even better because you can program it by computer.
