Need more help please.

I have been trying to work out a problem that Ive been having with 996XT. I also have a Watson mini mag mount antenna connecyed to the scanner and when Im in scan mode about every second word of a conversation drops out-this happens on everything I have programmed into the scanner. And Could someone please tell all the correct options and settings that I need to select in order to monitor Bell Fleetnet? I am using ARC-XT PRO.

My guess is that Priority Scan or Weather Priority is enabled and checking every second.

Any chance the "close call" is on?
