Need Motorola progamming help in San Bernardino

I just bought a new Motorola MTS-2000 with flashport. I had the radio programmed, but I think they messed it up. I have all the frequencies and a radio that is already programmed correctly so if needed we could download the freq's/program from the good radio and use it to copy on the one that doesn't work.
