Need pinout - PCS Programming Cable TQ-3336

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to build a PCS programming cable. Once again I have found that the information that is publicly available about these Ericsson programming cables is incorrect. I have tried to use the following pinout:

DB25 UDC
17 2
14 1
1 5
12 4
11 3
</pre>
I have identified the pin numbers for the UDC according to the service manual. I'm using the following configuration:

<pre>

o - pin 3

o - pin 5

o - pin 4

o - pin 1 o - pin 2
</PRE>
If anyone has a PCS programming cable, could you please confirm these pinouts with a continuity tester? I would be forever in your debt

Hello Everyone,

With the help of a very helpful fellow over at Price Industries, I have been able to solve the mystery of the PCS programming cable.

On the UDC connector of the PCS radio, there is a small micro switch which must be depressed in order to program the radio. This is hidden under a piece of rubber.

Otherwise the advertised pin configuration is correct.
