Google Uniden BC250d manual. Looks like a download.

I held on to the hard copy since 2003 but eventually it went because it's online now.

I don't believe Uniden makes them available.

My mistake, I see that now, no, I don't think Uniden is going to share that. It's probably not on the repair list of scanners anymore either.

They have BC250 but not BC250D service manuals

The site seems to be down this morning

Also RadioPics.com but they also seem down today.

Uniden has not released any service manuals for any of the newer products. I suspect this is in part to make cloning the hardware more difficult. It also makes user serviceing alomost impossible.

It's more to thwart people from modifying them for out-of-band (read: Cellular) use.

While it's mostly a moot point with Cellular being digital now, the ECPA still exists.
