Need some advice

I live here in Dothan, have the 436 can pick up Coffee County, can hear them dispatch Enterprise etc. but I do not pick up Enterprise or anyone else, what am I doing wrong ? why can I not hear the other cities or counties.

City of Enterprise is NXDN Digital. Also looks like several other agencies around you are NXDN. Do you have to upgrade for the 436 to listen to NXDN?

I have in my 436 ProVoice, DMR and NXDN upgrades still do not hear Enterprise or etc. just Coffee County dispatching others out, if I can hear Coffee Co. why can I not hear Enterprise ?
