Use of a coaxial switch for selecting between transceivers needs to be carefully thought out, most switches don't provide the isolation required when a high amount of RF is close by the unused port. Personally, I wouldn't use the MFJ model recommended in this article, their build quality can vary drastically even between the same model. Using a simple coaxial T-connector would provide no isolation whatsoever.
